3–4 weeks
A sequenced adoption plan tied to your P&L, not the hype cycle. We define the first three initiatives, the build-vs-buy calls, the budget, and the metrics that tell you whether it’s working.
6–12 weeks
We build the first working system side-by-side with your team — model selection, evaluation, integration into real workflows — then harden it: monitoring, fallbacks, and cost control for production use.
ongoing
AI adoption sticks when your people own it. We train operators, engineers, and leadership on the tools and judgment they need — so the capability stays when the engagement ends.

Clear policies for what AI may touch, review processes that don’t slow teams to a crawl, and audit trails that satisfy your customers, your lawyers, and your regulators.
